Stephane Martinez

In 1994, after completing my graphic arts studies in Paris France, I started producing illustrations and storyboards for advertising agencies, then I worked as a freelance art director for some Parisian advertising agencies specializing in the music and film industry.

In 2000, I joined "Les Humanoïdes Associés" ("Humanoïds Publishing" in USA), a comic book publisher as the art director and had the honor and luck to work with most of my favorite artists: Moebius, Enki Bilal, Juan Gimenez & many more until 2006.

In 2007, I joined the team of graphic designers for the animated feature films "Arthur and the Invisibles" 2 and 3 ("Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard" and "Arthur 3: The War of the Two Worlds"), directed/produced by Luc Besson and I worked on the conception and graphic communication for these two films (Released in 2009 and 2010).

From 2008 to 2010, I continued to work for Europacorp as a Graphic author, Lead Concept Artist, Visual development artist for the animated feature film "Jack and the Cuckoo-Clock Heart" (Released in 2014). I also worked as Graphic designer and illustrator for other Europacorp projects such as "Adèle blanc-sec".

In 2010, I started writing and creating the design for the Fantastic and Fantasy tale that I created and named "Geminis Panico". My comic book project was signed in 2011 by the editor/publisher Glénat.

In January 2012, the first chapter of "Geminis Panico" that I co-signed with RCrpo was released. I wrote the following of "Geminis Panico" and started drawing & painting for the second chapter, which was later released in February 2014.

While at the same time working on my comic books, I continued to work for animation studios such as Xilam Animation, Method Films or Zagtoon for animated TV series such as "Le Petit Prince", "The Dalton", "The new adventures of Peter Pan", "Zak Storm", Playmobil "Super 4".

Nowadays, I work in the video game industry as art director at Ubisoft Nadeo.
